Months after giving birth to twins Sir and Rumi, on June 13, Beyoncé has officially hit her first red carpet. The singer made an appearance at Tidal’s hurricane benefit concert in Brooklyn on Tuesday wearing a custom green Walter Mendez dress with a burgundy fur draped around her arms. She carried the diamond-encrusted $100 bill clutch designed by Alexander Wang and Judith Leiber that’s also been toted by Kim Kardashian. Beyoncé finished the look off with jewels by Lorraine Schwartz.

While the Tidal event in Brooklyn marked Beyoncé’s first red carpet since giving birth, she hasn’t been shy about sharing moments from her private life with the public. She’s kept her fans updated with her now-signature Instagram posts, showing everything from her date nights with Jay-Z to impromptu roller-skating parties.

Though she’s avoided the red carpet, Beyoncé has quietly been attending some events. She joined Jay-Z at Rihanna’s annual Diamond Ball in September, not entirely shying away from cameras inside the event or as she left the Park Avenue Armory. She’s also worked on relief efforts after the hurricanes in Houston and Puerto Rico, releasing a music video for a remix of the song “Mi Gente” and donating all the proceeds to organizations like CEMA, UNICEF, and Somos Una Voz.

Thanks to her frequent updates, it doesn’t really feel like Beyoncé’s been avoiding red carpets since early June. Regardless of how long it’s been, though, the world is certainly happy to see her back.
