Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have been dealing with the fallout from the robbery in Paris on Monday as privately as they can. Even their typically open family members have remained mum for the most part since the incident, supposedly taking time to assess everything from what they share on social media to whether or not they’ll continue to film Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Meanwhile, TMZ claims to have obtained the insurance filings for the jewelry that was stolen from Kardashian West’s room in Paris, which cover 13 pieces stolen for $5.6 million total—almost half of the rumored value that was widely reported after Monday’s events. The document reportedly includes Kardashian West’s engagement ring, which makes up the bulk of the claim at $4 million.

Whether or not the insurance company, which TMZ does not name, will pay out the claim in full depends on several factors. Janece White of Chubb Personal Risk Services reminded Billboard of Elizabeth Taylor’s engagement ring from Richard Burton, for example. The insurance on the 69.42 carat diamond “specified that Taylor should only wear it in public 30 days per year and when protected by security guards.“ Judging only by the Kardashian West engagement ring’s cameos on her Snapchat, this rule might not have applied to her ice, but there could be stipulations on how it’s stored or who’s protecting it.

The sentimental value, on the other hand, is a little more priceless. Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM station is recirculating this story Kardashian West told of the night Ye gave her the upgraded diamond:

So I was sleeping and [Kanye] woke me up in the middle of the night and said, “Babe, babe! I got you something from Adidas.” And I said, “O.K., I’ll get the shoes in the morning, babe, like I’m sleeping.”

And then he put a box on my pillow—the Lorraine Schwartz box—and he goes, “No, open your eyes,” so I opened my eyes and it was a box. So then I woke up. . . . He was, like, “You know I just did that big Adidas deal, so I got you something from Adidas.”

He had engraved “Adidas” on the band “because he’s funny like that,” she said. Somewhere roaming the earth is a stolen $4 million ring with “Adidas” written inside of it. Keep your eyes open.

Correction: An earlier version of this story misidentified Elizabeth Taylor’s husband, Richard Burton.
