Throw another beloved musical couple on the weekend’s celebrity breakup pileAnna Camp and Skylar Astin have confirmed their own separation after two years of marriage, and Camp has reportedly already begun divorce proceedings. The two were known for their collaborations in both Astin’s TBS series Ground Floor, as well as prominent roles in the Pitch Perfect series, though Astin did not appear in the franchise’s third film.

“We can confirm that we have decided to separate, and this decision was made mutually and amicably,” a joint statement from Camp and Astin read to People. “We kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this transition.” According to TMZ, Camp cited “irreconcilable difference” as grounds for the divorce, and waved any spousal support proceedings.

The two began dating in mid-2013 after Camp’s divorce from actor Michael Mosely, and were married in an outdoor ceremony in October 2016. Camp, 36, and Astin, 31, were last photographed together at the Mickey’s 90th Spectacular event in October 2018, but have shared sparse social media posts together in 2019.

The pair have apparently since unfollowed one another on social media. Astin has also “stopped wearing his ring and has started talking about the split with friends,” according to People.

Camp will next be seen in romantic comedy The Wedding Year, and Astin notably stepped into the role of “Greg” for the final season of The CW’s Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, which wrapped in early April.
